Day One
Here's our overall trajectory. Well, I had written a nice blog with posts from various parts of the day, but it is somehow lost to the internet install updates I had to do, so I'll just summarize in photos. Here we are about 45 minutes in on our way to Llano. We stopped to get a couple of gallons of water to have in case of incident. The day started off with an incident at 6:45 Jeff was up and discovered that the lock on our new truck cover was broken so he had to drive upto the north land to get it fixed. Just what you want to add to a day in the car. But at least it happened before we left. We also had to replace a breaker the night before, again at least we found out before we left.
